Let Claude search Tori listings in Finland by keyword, price and condition
To let Claude search Tori listings, install Wield and describe what you want, the price and whether you want new or used items. For example: "Find bicycles (polkupyörä) on Tori under 200 euros, newest first, from private sellers." Claude runs the tori.fi/search-marketplace recipe in your own browser. It returns listings with title, price, place, publishing time, seller type, shipping flag and link. No login is needed.

Parameters (8)
What you need
- An MCP client such as Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor or Codex.
- A Chromium browser (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc, Vivaldi, Opera or Chromium) with the Wield extension.
wield-mcp. Runnpx -y wield-mcp init. The install page and the quick start cover the details.
You don't need a Tori account to search.
Ask your agent
Give the item, the price range and any filters you care about. Example:
You: Find bicycles (polkupyörä) on Tori under 200 euros, newest first, from private sellers.
Claude calls find_recipe to find the recipe, then run with the parameters. For the order of results, ask for "newest first", "oldest first", "cheapest first" or "most expensive first". Those map to newest, oldest, price_low and price_high.
Params: what to put where
Your agent fills these in from your sentence.
| Param | Required | What to put in it |
|---|---|---|
query | yes | What to search for, in any words. The examples use Finnish, such as polkupyörä (bicycle) or sohva (sofa). |
min_price and max_price | no | Price limits in euros. |
condition | no | new (unopened), like_new, good, used (visibly used) or needs_repair. |
seller | no | any (default), private or business. |
type | no | for_sale (default), giveaway (free items) or wanted (people looking to buy). |
sort | no | relevance (default), newest, oldest, price_low or price_high. |
page | no | Results page. The default is 1. Each page holds 53 listings. |
What comes back
The result has query, total, page, last_page and listings. total is the number of matches and can be null. last_page tells you how many pages the search has.
Each listing has title, price, currency, location, published_at, seller, shipping, buy_now, latitude, longitude, image and url. published_at is in UTC. shipping and buy_now show the flags Tori sets on the listing. Open url to see the full ad on tori.fi.
Display ads are left out, so every entry in listings is a listing.
What leaves your computer
The recipe makes one request to www.tori.fi per call. It is the same search the page makes. The request goes out from your browser. Nothing passes through wield.run. Wield logs the request on your computer only, with method, host, path, status and timing. It never logs bodies or query values. Telemetry is off by default.
Limits
- The recipe is read only. It sends no messages, offers or favourites.
- The search is fuzzy. A nonsense query still returns near matches, so check the titles.
- Run limits apply: at most 12 steps, 40 requests, 5 MB per response and 60 seconds.
- The recipe was checked on 7 November 2026 with a bicycle search under 200 euros, newest first. It passed 6 of 6 checks in one request.
Tori's terms, in plain words
Tori's robots.txt allows the search and its API, but disallows URLs with sort= for bots. The recipe sends sort= only when you ask for an order other than relevance. We have not reviewed Tori's terms for automated access yet. The recipe is user-initiated: you start each search, each call runs one search in your own browser, and it is not for bulk collection. The recipe sends no messages, offers or favourites, and it makes no purchases. This is not legal advice. Read Tori's terms yourself before you use this recipe in any other way.
FAQ

Does the search return display ads?
No. Display ads are a separate advertising slot, and the recipe keeps only listings.
Does the query have to be in Finnish?
No. Use any words you like. The examples use Finnish words such as polkupyörä and sohva.
Does it need a login?
No. Search works without a Tori account.
