Let Claude search DBA second-hand listings in Denmark

To let Claude search DBA listings, install Wield and name what you want. For example: "Find used bikes on DBA under 2,000 DKK, newest first, from private sellers." Claude runs the dba.dk/search-marketplace recipe in your own browser. It returns listings with price in DKK, place, publish time, seller type, shipping flag, buy-now flag and links. No login is needed.

What you need

  • Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or another MCP client.
  • A Chromium browser (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc, Vivaldi, Opera) with the Wield extension.
  • wield-mcp. Run npx -y wield-mcp init, or use the one-click Claude Desktop bundle on wield.run/install.

For the full setup, follow the quick start.

Ask your agent

Give what you are looking for, and any price range, condition, seller type or sort order you want. Claude calls find_recipe to find the recipe, then run with the parameters.

You: Find used bikes on DBA under 2,000 DKK, newest first, from private sellers.

Claude runs dba.dk/search-marketplace with query set to cykel, max_price set to 2000, sort set to newest and seller set to private. It then reads the title, price, place, publish time and link from each listing.

What comes back

The result has query, total, page, last_page and listings. total is the number of matches when the site reports one.

Each listing shows title, price, currency, location, published_at (in UTC), seller, shipping, buy_now, latitude, longitude, image and url. The shipping field says whether shipping is offered. There is no shipping cost field, so open the url to check the seller's terms.

What leaves your computer

Each search makes one request to www.dba.dk, the same search the DBA page makes. It goes out from your browser. Nothing passes through wield.run. Wield logs the request on your computer, without bodies or query values.

DBA's terms, in plain words

DBA's robots.txt allows the search and its API. It disallows URLs with sort= for bots. The recipe sends sort= only when you ask for an order other than relevance, so a search in the default order sends none. Each call makes one request, the same search the page makes. The recipe never sends messages, makes offers or saves favourites.

The scope is simple. Wield runs this recipe when you ask for it, for one search per call, from your own browser. It does not run bulk jobs, and it does not buy anything.

Our review of these terms is not finished, and this is not legal advice. Read DBA's terms and its robots.txt yourself before you use the recipe in any other way.

Limits

  • Read only. The recipe searches. It does not message sellers or make offers.
  • Fuzzy matches. A nonsense query returns near matches.
  • UTC times. published_at is given in UTC.
  • No shipping cost. Only the shipping flag comes back.

Status and benchmark

Status on 7 Nov 2026 is OK. The check passed 6 of 6 checks in 1 request and 0.6 s on cykel up to 2,000 DKK, newest first. We have not benchmarked this recipe against a browser agent yet.

FAQ

Can Claude message a seller or make an offer?

No. The recipe only searches. It does not send messages, make offers or save favourites.

Does the search need a login?

No. Search works without an account.

Can Claude search giveaways or wanted ads?

Yes. Set type to giveaway for free items or wanted for people looking to buy. The default is for_sale.

Can Claude get more listings than one page?

Yes, by setting page to 2 or higher. Each page holds 53 listings, and each page is a separate search, so it is one request per call.
