Let Claude search FINN Torget listings by price, condition and seller
To let Claude search FINN Torget, install Wield and ask for a search in plain words. For example: "Find used bicycles on FINN under 2000 NOK, newest first." Claude runs the finn.no/search-marketplace recipe in your own browser. It returns listings with the title, price in NOK, place, publish time, seller type and a link to each listing. No FINN login is needed.

Ask your agent
Give what you are looking for, and any limits on price, condition or seller. Claude calls find_recipe to find the recipe, then run with the parameters.
You: Find used bicycles on FINN under 2000 NOK, newest first.
Claude runs finn.no/search-marketplace with query, max_price and sort. It then reads the listings from the result and summarises them for you.
Params: what to put where
| Param | Required | What to put in it |
|---|---|---|
query | yes | What to look for, for example sykkel or sofa. |
min_price | no | Lowest price in NOK. |
max_price | no | Highest price in NOK. |
condition | no | new (unopened), like_new, good, used (visibly used) or needs_repair. |
seller | no | any (default), private or business. |
type | no | for_sale (default), giveaway (free) or wanted (people looking to buy). |
sort | no | relevance (default), newest, oldest, price_low or price_high. |
page | no | Page number, starting at 1. Each page holds up to 53 listings. |
If you ask for a sort other than relevance, the recipe sends it. Otherwise it leaves sort out, as FINN's robots.txt asks.
What comes back
The result has query, total, page, last_page and listings. total is the number of matches. last_page tells your agent how many pages exist, so it can ask for more if you want them.
Each listing has title, price and currency, location, published_at (UTC), seller, shipping, buy_now, latitude and longitude, image and url. The url opens the listing on FINN.
What leaves your computer
The recipe makes one request to www.finn.no, from your browser. Nothing passes through wield.run. Wield logs each request on your computer, without bodies or query values. Your FINN account is not used, and the recipe reads no cookies. See the security notes.
FINN's terms, in plain words
FINN's terms are not something we reviewed as a lawyer would, so this is not legal advice. The recipe makes one request per search, the same request FINN's search page makes. It sends sort only when you ask for an order other than relevance, because FINN's robots.txt disallows sort= URLs for bots. The recipe does not send messages, make offers or save favourites. Read FINN's terms before you automate anything.
Limits
- Read only. The recipe searches. It does not contact sellers.
- One search at a time. Don't loop it to watch for new listings.
- Prices are in NOK. Check the
currencyfield in each listing. - Run limits apply. A run has at most 12 steps, 40 requests, 5 MB per response and 60 seconds. This search uses one step.
Status on 7 Nov 2026 is "ok": 6 of 6 checks passed. In our check, a search for sykkel up to 2000 NOK, newest first, ran in one request and took 519 ms. The check returned 29,178 matches in total.

No. The search needs no account.
Are the prices in euros or kroner?
They are in NOK, Norwegian kroner. Each listing also has a currency field, so your agent can show it next to the price.
