Wield lets your AI agent collect current prices for one product from Idealo, Amazon, IKEA, Walmart, Zalando and OTTO. Each recipe returns the shop's own offers and prices, and your agent does the comparison. The Idealo recipe passed 9 of 9 benchmark runs. The Zalando recipe passed a live in-page check but failed all 9 benchmark runs.

A few of these need a note. The OTTO recipe works only in your browser: servers and first loads without cookies get HTTP 400. Of the first 100 product tiles, about 18 arrive with data in the page, and the rest load later. Idealo's setting for more than 20 offers was not rechecked live. The IKEA stock check uses article numbers per market. A German article number sent to the US or English market returns no stock data.
Benchmark
Benchmark figures are preliminary, as of 7 November 2026, and the run is still going. The browser agent was Browser Use driving Claude Sonnet 5.5 in a fresh headless browser.

In our runs, the cloud browser agent was blocked by bot protection on Idealo, Walmart and Zalando. Zalando is the weak spot in this data. The recipe's 9 runs all failed, and our benchmark does not yet explain why.

What it can't do yet
- No ranking. Wield returns each shop's offers. It does not rank them or pick a winner.
- Zalando is not reliable yet. Treat its results as unverified until the benchmark passes.
- No buying. Each shop's checkout stays on its own site. Idealo's recipe triggers no click-outs to shops.
- Shop coverage is limited. Wield covers the shops listed above. You can request another site from your agent.
- Sponsored results are removed. Amazon's sponsored cards are dropped by default, so a page can show fewer products than the site counts.
Terms of the sites
Amazon's conditions of use prohibit robots and data extraction. idealo's terms prohibit automated extraction. Zalando's terms forbid automated extraction of content. Walmart's terms prohibit automated access and scraping. Each recipe runs one search at a time, from your browser, at a human pace. Do not loop them over many products.

FAQ
Which shops does Wield compare?
Wield returns offers from the sites that have recipes: Idealo, Amazon, IKEA, Walmart, Zalando and OTTO. Wield does not cover every shop, and it does not compare shops it has no recipe for.
Does Wield buy the cheapest item?
No. These recipes read prices and availability. Buying happens on the shop's own site, and only when you do it.
Are the prices exact?
They are the prices the shop shows at the time of the run. Amazon returns prices in the visitor's currency, which is EUR from Germany. Prices can change between your search and your purchase, so check the shop before you buy.
Why did Zalando fail in the benchmark?
Zalando's recipe failed all 9 benchmark runs, and the browser agent was blocked in all 9. An in-page check of the same requests returned results. Until the benchmark passes, do not rely on Zalando results for a decision.
