Let your AI agent search rentals and homes

Wield gives your AI agent two home search recipes. The Zillow recipe searches homes to rent or buy in US cities and passed all 9 benchmark runs. The ImmoScout24 recipe searches German rentals, but it is pending verification and passed 0 of 2 runs in our benchmark. Both run in your own browser, so no login is needed to search.

The Zillow recipe returns each home's address and price. In a live check for Austin, TX, a rent search returned results in 0.8 s. Across the benchmark, the median run took 0.9 s. The browser agent side was blocked by bot protection in all 9 of its Zillow runs.

The ImmoScout24 recipe has not yet passed a full verification. In a test, AWS WAF answered the automated browser with a challenge page instead of data. We did not retry it. The recipe needs one run in a real everyday browser before it gets an OK status. In our benchmark, the cloud browser agent was blocked in all 9 of its ImmoScout24 runs too.

Example prompts

  • "Search Zillow for homes to rent in Austin, TX, under my monthly limit, and list the ten cheapest."
  • "Search Zillow for homes for sale in a US city and list the address and price of each."
  • "Once ImmoScout24 is verified: find a rental flat in Leipzig with at least two rooms and list the rent and size."

What it can't do yet

  • ImmoScout24 is not verified. Expect it to stop or fail until its status changes.
  • No contact or viewings. Neither recipe contacts a landlord, seller or agent, and neither books a viewing. Your agent gets search results. You make contact yourself.
  • No listing contact data. The ImmoScout24 recipe does not return contact details for listings.
  • Checks stop the run. If a site shows a check, such as a CAPTCHA, Wield stops with site_challenge and asks you to solve it in your own tab. Wield does not solve these checks.

Terms of the sites

ImmoScout24's terms forbid automated querying and data collection. Zillow's terms prohibit automated queries and scraping. Each recipe runs one user-started search page at a time, from your own browser. Do not loop these recipes to collect listings in bulk.

Classified listings on Kleinanzeigen (Germany) and willhaben (Austria) are covered on the second-hand marketplaces page. The ImmoScout24 MCP server page lists the recipe's parameters and status. The Zillow MCP server page covers the US recipe. Benchmark figures are preliminary, as of 7 November 2026, and the run is still going.

FAQ

Does the ImmoScout24 recipe work?

Not yet. Its status is pending verification. In a test, an AWS WAF challenge answered the automated browser instead of returning data, and we did not retry it. Once one run in a real everyday browser succeeds, the status can change.

Can my agent contact a landlord?

No. Neither recipe contacts landlords or agents, and neither books a viewing. Your agent returns search results, and you decide what to do with them.

Why do browser agents fail on these sites?

Both sites use bot protection. In our benchmark, Browser Use driving Claude Sonnet 5.5 was blocked in all 9 runs on Zillow and in all 9 runs on ImmoScout24. Wield runs from your own browser with the session you already have. When a check appears, Wield stops and asks you to solve it. See why browser agents get blocked.
