ImmoScout24 MCP server: let your AI agent search rental flats
Wield is an MCP server that gives your AI agent one ImmoScout24 tool, immobilienscout24.de/search-rentals. The tool searches rental flats and houses in a German city and returns cold and warm rent, rooms, living space and the expose link. The tool is not yet verified in a live run, so treat it as unproven until that run passes. Its status is below.

The tool takes a city and optional filters: property type, minimum and maximum rent, minimum and maximum rooms, minimum living space, sort order, page and include_swap. Each listing shows cold and warm rent, rooms, living space, the address as far as the landlord shows it, the publish date, whether the listing is from a private owner or an agent, balcony, fitted kitchen and the expose link. Swap-only listings (Tauschwohnung) are dropped unless you set include_swap.
The offline checks covered the result parsing for searches with many, one and zero hits. They did not cover a live run in a real browser. That run comes next.
How a request flows
- You ask your agent: "Find two-room flats in Leipzig with a cold rent of at most 800 EUR."
- The agent calls
find_recipe, thenrunwithimmobilienscout24.de/search-rentalsand the filters. wield-mcppasses the run through the local bridge to the Wield extension.- The extension sends two requests from an immobilienscout24.de tab, so they carry your normal browser session.
- The listings go back to your agent. Nothing passes through wield.run.
If ImmoScout24 shows a bot check, Wield stops. The site stays with you: load it in your browser as usual. Wield never solves that check.
What leaves your computer
The only host is www.immobilienscout24.de, and one search makes two requests. Listing contact data is not returned by the tool.
Wield logs each request on your computer only: method, host, path, status and timing. It never logs bodies or query values. Telemetry is off by default. Wield never reads, copies or sends your cookies or passwords.
ImmoScout24 terms, in plain words
We have not reviewed ImmoScout24's terms as a lawyer would, so this is not legal advice. Our reading is that ImmoScout24's terms forbid automated querying and data collection. This recipe runs one search page at a time, that you start, from your own browser. It does not collect listings in bulk. Check ImmoScout24's terms yourself before you automate anything else.
Limits and what is not working yet
- Not verified live. The recipe has not passed a live run in a real browser yet.
- Benchmark failed so far. The Wield recipe passed 0 of 2 benchmark runs. We report that as it is.
- Bot checks block automation. In our automated test, a bot check stopped the run. Wield does not get past it. You load the site yourself.
- Partial addresses. The address is shown only as far as the landlord shows it.
- No contact data. The tool does not return how to reach the landlord.
- Run limits apply. A run has at most 12 steps, 40 requests, 5 MB per response and 60 seconds.

Is there an official ImmoScout24 MCP server?
Not that we know of as of 7 November 2026.
Which AI apps work with it?
Any MCP client. npx -y wield-mcp init sets up Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor and Codex. Other MCP clients work with the standard stdio config.
Does it need an ImmoScout24 login?
No. The search runs without an account.
How fast is it compared with a browser agent?
Neither side passed in our runs, so this page makes no speed claim. As of 7 November 2026, and still preliminary, the Wield recipe passed 0 of 2 runs with a median of 9.6 seconds. Browser Use with Claude Sonnet 5.5 passed 0 of 9. Bot protection blocked all 9 of its runs, with a median of 102.9 seconds and $0.02 per run. See the ImmoScout24 benchmark.
