Let Claude search Otodom flats and houses to rent or buy in Poland
To let Claude search Otodom, install Wield, then name a city and what you want. For example: "Find flats to rent in Warsaw for up to 4,000 PLN with two rooms, cheapest first." Claude runs the otodom.pl/search-properties recipe in your own browser. It returns listings with price in PLN, area, rooms, floor, district and a link to each one. No login is needed.

What you need

Ask your agent
Name the city, whether you want to rent or buy, and any limits on price, area or rooms. Claude calls find_recipe to find the recipe, then run with the parameters.

Claude then runs otodom.pl/search-properties with city, transaction, max_price, rooms and sort, and reads the fields from each listing.

What comes back
The result has city, transaction, total, page and listings. total is the number of matching ads the site reports, and it can be null.
Each listing shows title, price_pln, fees_pln (the monthly fees, czynsz), price_per_m2_pln, area_m2, rooms, floor, street, district, city, private_owner, agency, development, listed, bumped_at, promoted, image and url. Names of private advertisers are left out. The url opens the listing on otodom.pl.
What leaves your computer
The recipe calls one host: www.otodom.pl. A search makes one request for one results page, as a visitor's browser gets it. Nothing passes through wield.run. Wield logs each request on your computer, without bodies or query values.
Limits and terms
- Otodom's robots.txt sets Content-Signal ai-input=no and ai-train=no. Wield runs the recipe only when you ask, in your own browser, one search page per call. The scope is set: you start each search, one search per call, from your own browser, with no bulk collection and no purchases.
- Terms not reviewed yet for automated access. The recipe makes one request for one results page, the way a visitor gets it. Do not loop it or use it to collect listings in bulk.
- robots.txt allows the /pl/wyniki/ results path. The recipe does not contact advertisers. That stays on otodom.pl.
- The recipe is read only. Contact advertisers on the site yourself.
- Status on 7 Nov 2026 is "ok". A Warsaw rent search with two rooms and a maximum of 4,000 PLN passed 6 of 6 checks in 1 request, in 0.9 seconds. A Kraków search for houses to buy, cheapest first, page 2, returned 646 in total.
FAQ
Can Claude contact the advertiser?
No. The recipe only reads search results. Contacting advertisers stays on otodom.pl.
Does it need a login?
No. The search needs no account.
Why only 12 cities?
The recipe uses a fixed list of Otodom location ids, one for each of the 12 cities. Each one was checked live on 7 November 2026. Other places are not covered by this recipe.
Are promoted listings included?
Not by default. Promoted listings are paid placements and are dropped unless you set include_promoted to true.
How does it compare with a browser agent?
Not measured yet. This recipe is not part of Wield's preliminary benchmark as of 7 November 2026. The benchmark page explains the method and the tasks we did measure.
