Let Claude check Ryanair fares for each day on one route

To let Claude check Ryanair fares day by day, install Wield and name two airports and a date range. For example: "Find the cheapest Ryanair fare from BER to BCN for each day from 11 to 17 January 2027, one way." Claude runs the ryanair.com/search-flights recipe in your own browser. It returns the cheapest fare for each day that has a flight, with its departure and arrival time. No Ryanair login is needed.

What you need

  • Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or another MCP client.
  • A Chromium browser (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc, Vivaldi, Opera) with the Wield extension.
  • wield-mcp. Run npx -y wield-mcp init, or use the one-click Claude Desktop bundle on wield.run/install.

For the full setup, follow the quick start.

Ask your agent

Give the two airports and the first departure day. Add a last day if you want a range, and add a return range if you need the way back. Claude calls find_recipe to find the recipe, then run with the parameters.

You: Find the cheapest Ryanair fare from BER to BCN for each day from 11 to 17 January 2027, one way.

You: Check Ryanair from STN to DUB with a return range, in GBP, and list only the days under £120.

What comes back

The result has origin, destination and currency. It also has outbound, a list of days for the way out, and return, a list of days for the way back. return is empty for one way.

Each day shows the cheapest one-way fare, with its departure and arrival time. Days without a flight are left out, and so are sold-out days. cheapest_outbound and cheapest_return show the cheapest day in each list, or null when the list is empty.

Each flight links to Ryanair's flight selection for that day. Seats, bags and the final price are shown there, and that is where the booking is made.

What leaves your computer

The recipe calls one host, www.ryanair.com. A status check on 7 November 2026 searched BER to BCN for 11 to 17 January with one request and finished in about 0.2 seconds. A status check on a return search across two months used four requests. Wield logs each request on your computer, with method, host, path, status and timing, but never bodies or query values. Telemetry is off by default. Wield never reads, copies or sends your cookies or passwords.

Ryanair's terms, in plain words

Ryanair's website terms allow private, non-commercial use. They forbid automated extraction for commercial purposes, which includes screen scraping. This recipe is for one person's own search, with the same requests the fare finder makes. Ryanair's robots.txt disallows /api for crawlers. Do not run it in a loop to watch prices or collect fares in bulk. Booking stays on ryanair.com.

We have not reviewed these terms as a lawyer would, so this is not legal advice. Check Ryanair's terms before you automate anything else.

Limits

  • Read only. The recipe never books. Open the link to continue on ryanair.com.
  • One month pair per search. date_from and date_to must sit in the same or the next calendar month, and so must the return dates.
  • Per adult fares. Each fare is for one adult. Seats, bags and the final price appear on the flight selection.
  • Run limits apply. A run has at most 12 steps, 40 requests, 5 MB per response and 60 seconds.

FAQ

Does Claude need a Ryanair account?

No. The recipe runs without a login.

Can Claude book the flight?

No. Open the link on each day to pick seats and pay on ryanair.com.

Which AI apps work with it?

Any MCP client. npx -y wield-mcp init sets up Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor and Codex. Other MCP clients work with the standard stdio config.

I want the cheapest destinations, not one route

Use the cheapest fares how-to. It searches every destination from one airport in a date window.
