Kleinanzeigen MCP server: let your AI agent search classified listings
Wield is an MCP server that gives your AI agent three Kleinanzeigen tools. Search is the verified one: kleinanzeigen.de/search-listings returns listings by keyword, location and price, with title, price, negotiable and free flags, postcode and date. The other two tools, message-seller and my-messages, are untested. Nothing has been sent through either of them.

9 runs each, 7 November 2026. How we measure
What your agent gets
| Recipe | What it does | Login | Status (7 Nov 2026) |
|---|---|---|---|
kleinanzeigen.de/search-listings | Searches classified listings by keyword, location and price range | No | OK, 6 of 6 checks |
kleinanzeigen.de/message-seller | Messages the seller of one listing, with the text shown to you first | Yes | Untested. Needs a logged-in run |
kleinanzeigen.de/my-messages | Lists your conversations with the latest message and unread flag | Yes | Untested. Probed while logged out only |
The search takes a query and optional location, radius_km, min_price, max_price, sort and page. Each page returns up to 25 listings with a numeric price, VB (negotiable) and free flags, postcode, district, posting date, seller type and link. Third-party sponsored ads are removed. Paid "top" listings stay in and are marked promoted.
In a check on 7 November 2026, a search for bicycles in Berlin between 50 and 300 EUR returned listings with title and price.
How a request flows
- You ask your agent: "Find a used bike in Berlin between 50 and 300 euros."
- The agent calls
find_recipe, thenrunwithkleinanzeigen.de/search-listings, the query "fahrrad", the location "Berlin" and the price range. wield-mcppasses the run through the local bridge to the Wield extension.- The extension sends two requests from a kleinanzeigen.de tab, so they carry your normal browser session.
- The listings go back to your agent. Nothing passes through wield.run.
What leaves your computer
Search sends requests only to www.kleinanzeigen.de. A message to a seller is different: it is sent as you, from your account, and only after you Allow it. The Allow window shows the listing title and the exact text first. The my-messages tool reads your own inbox on request, and the message contents stay on your device.
Wield logs each request on your computer only: method, host, path, status and timing. It never logs bodies or query values. Telemetry is off by default. Wield never reads, copies or sends your cookies or passwords.
Kleinanzeigen terms, in plain words
We have not reviewed Kleinanzeigen's terms as a lawyer would, so this is not legal advice. Our reading is that Kleinanzeigen's terms forbid automated mass retrieval of listing data, and that bulk or templated messages count as spam. Search runs one user-started query at a time, at human pace. Do not loop over pages or store listings in bulk. Check Kleinanzeigen's terms yourself before you automate anything else.
Limits and what is not working yet
- Messaging is untested.
message-sellerhas not sent a message in our tests. Treat it as unproven until a logged-in run passes. - Inbox is untested.
my-messageshas been probed only while logged out, so its fields are not confirmed. - One message per request. The tool sends one message each time you ask. It does not send templated outreach.
- Search needs no login. Messaging and the inbox need your login in your own browser.
- Run limits apply. A run has at most 12 steps, 40 requests, 5 MB per response and 60 seconds.

Any MCP client. npx -y wield-mcp init sets up Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor and Codex. Other MCP clients work with the standard stdio config.
