Let Claude search Booking.com hotels with total price and cancellation terms
To let Claude search Booking.com, install Wield and ask for a destination, dates and guests. For example: "Find hotels in Lisbon for 11-13 December for 2 adults with free cancellation and review score 8 or higher." Claude runs the booking.com/search-stays recipe in your own browser. It returns stays with the total price, rating and cancellation terms. Wield never books.

Ask your agent
Give a destination, a check-in date and a check-out date, in YYYY-MM-DD form. Add the number of guests, your budget per night or a star rating if they matter. Claude calls find_recipe to find the recipe, then run with the parameters.
You: Find hotels in Lisbon for 11-13 December for 2 adults with free cancellation and review score 8 or higher.
Claude then runs booking.com/search-stays with destination, checkin, checkout, adults, free_cancellation and min_review_score.

What comes back
The result has destination, checkin, checkout, nights, total, page and stays. Each stay shows the name, the total price for the stay, the price before discounts with its currency, the review score and count, the rating word, the star rating, the address and coordinates, the distance to the centre and the sold-out flag. It also shows whether free cancellation applies and until when, and a link to the stay.
What leaves your computer
The recipe makes 1 request to www.booking.com. It goes out from a booking.com tab in your browser, with your own session. Nothing passes through wield.run. Wield logs the request on your computer only, without bodies or query values.
Limits and terms
- Booking.com's terms prohibit scraping and automated bulk access. The recipe loads one search page per call, in your browser session, as you would. It never books.
- Status on 7 Nov 2026 is "ok (browser only)". Booking.com answers server requests with a JavaScript challenge, so the recipe runs only in your browser. A Lisbon search for 11 to 13 December with 2 adults returned 20 results in that check.
- Sponsored results are dropped unless
include_sponsoredistrue. - We have no benchmark run for this recipe yet, so this page makes no speed claim.
